OG Kush is a long-time favorite strain for most cannabis enthusiasts – this is a well balanced hybrid coming in at 55% Sativa/45% Indica. It’s exact lineage is unknown, but many breeders speculate that it’s parents are the classic Chemdawg x Hindu Kush. This is the perfect hybrid for any indica or sativa lover, and is probably why this remains such a popular and in-demand strain today. This strain was grown by an experienced grower on Vancouver Island specializing in gas strains. Being nibs, the majority of the batch will be smaller nugs – we like to think of these bits as the prettiest outermost parts of the buds, these would have been the picture perfect delicate pieces that tend to break off first. The color is a rich forest green and totally covered in fluffy fur-coat of vibrant orange trichome hairs. OG Kush is known for being traditionally dank, with a classic lemony-pine fuel taste. The aroma is similar with a spicy-kush base that’s accented by sour citrus.

OG Kush has above average THC levels ranging from 20-26%, a solid strength which is great for house work or evening use when you want to take a load off from a hard-days work. Expect to receive some positive energy from this high, you may even come down with a case of the giggles – followed by the urge to sit and watch a movie with a bag of popcorn.
